PARC is based in Portland, Dorset, on the South coast of England (IARU locator
IO80SN, WAB square SY67). The club takes part in a variety of events during the year, both
radio related and in the community in general.
We have informal net nights on Sundays and Thursdays at 19.00 local time
onwards, on 145.575 MHz. All amateurs are welcome to join in.
PARC members also meet most Thursdays at the Clifton Hotel, Grove Road,
Portland (map) from around 8:45pm (local) onwards for a social chat and to take
part in the Pub Quiz. Guests are most welcome to come along - just drop us an E-mail to
check that we will be there that particular week.
The club also has it's own newsletter which it publishes every month
(usually!). Back issues of the newsletter are available on this site.
